Kawayan Folk Arts is a Fiipino-American performing arts troupe from the Bay Area of Northern California, comprised of adult business professionals, engineers, nurses, teachers, designers, students, service & retail workers.
Our mission is to celebrate, promote and explore folk and contemporary performing arts based on the rich cultural heritage of the Philippines.
As enthusiasts & artists, we seek to bring life, relevance & storytelling to our performances and the communities we support.
