Important Information on Covid19

Due to uncontrollable circumstances related to the pandemic in 2020, Kawayan Folk Arts has suspended our regular operating season and is unavailable for in-person performances or events.

If you are interested in joining Kawayan Folk Arts for music, dance or theatric production, please use our contact page. We may utilize digital or virtual lessons or rehearsals for our next production.


Kawayan Folk Arts’ mission is to promote, research, and explore folk and contemporary performing arts based on the rich cultural heritage of the Philippines.

  • Philippine Music & Dance History Presentations. 

  • Philippine Music & Dance Workshops:  we provide basic steps instruction & background on dances.

  • Live Philippine music & singing accompanying your event across diverse music forms.
